Training Workshop Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all in-person training workshops (“Workshops”) provided by DATAMetrics Buesiness Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a Workshop, the client organisation (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Bookings and Payment
Workshops are designed exclusively for participants employed by the same company. We do not accept mixed bookings from multiple organisations.
Each Workshop requires a minimum of four (4) participants and accommodates a maximum of eight (8) participants.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
If fewer participants attend than originally booked, no refund or partial credit will be issued.
If a participant is unable to attend (including due to illness), another employee of the same company may attend in their place at no additional cost. Substitutions may be made at any time up to and including the day of the Workshop.
Rescheduling and Additional Participants
A Workshop may be rescheduled once only, provided that written notice is given no less than three (3) weeks before the scheduled date. Any rescheduling is subject to our availability.
Additional participants (up to a maximum of eight (8)) may be added at any time up until seven (7) days prior to the Workshop. Additional participants will be invoiced at the applicable per-participant rate.
Attendance and Delivery
Workshops are delivered in person only. Remote participation (e.g. via video link) is not available.
Our training venue is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs. Please consider this when making a booking.
Each participant is required to bring their own laptop with any applications installed as per the course overview (e.g. Microsoft Power BI installed and operational). Failure to do so may prevent full participation in the Workshop. No refund, credit, or re-sit will be provided in such circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All Workshop materials, including but not limited to handbooks, notes, and slides (“Materials”), are and shall remain the intellectual property of DATAMetrics Business Intelligence.
Materials are provided solely for the personal use of Workshop participants within your organisation.
Training Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared (in whole or in part) outside your organisation without our prior written consent.
Customised Courses
Alternative arrangements, including variations in group size, delivery method, or tailored content, may be available on request and will be treated as customised training.
Customised training will be subject to separate pricing and terms, agreed in writing.
